Swagger注释不显示，只需要进入Startup.cs

找到：

c.IncludeXmlComments(Path.Combine(AppDomain.CurrentDomain.BaseDirectory, "WebApilication.xml"));

更改为：

c.IncludeXmlComments(Path.Combine(AppDomain.CurrentDomain.BaseDirectory, "WebApilication.xml"), true);
