机器：

Windows7_x86

前提：

机器已经安装有Python，我安装的是Python2.7

步骤：

1、下载setuptools安装包

Windows7的32位系统可以直接下载安装包setuptools-0.6c11.win32-py2.7进行安装，下载完毕后，双击傻瓜式安装

2、配置环境变量

把%Python_Home%/Scripts目录添加到环境变量

3、安装pip

easy_install pip

这样就可以使用pip来安装其他的组件了，如：

pip install -U selenium
